Knole U3A AGM

We were unable to have the AGM in June this year, due to the Coronavirus situation, and the absence of a meeting hall, either at St Nicholas Church, or other suitable venues in the area, your Committee have decided to hold an AGM using Zoom, on Monday 28th September at 2pm. 

Many of you will have learned to use Zoom during the lockdown, and know it is very simple. Full details about the arrangements for the meeting will be sent out by email together with details of how members can join, and participate in the AGM online. This meeting will take less than half an hour of your time and the Committee hope that the essential AGM business can be undertaken with the meeting quorate. We need 102 members (20% of the membership) to be quorate.
